{ Brotherhood } | X.Trinity.

From the first original X100 that started it all, to the all-black stealthy Limited Edition, to the X-Trans-ed sexy "S", each one brings the soul back into photography. It's not just the retro good looks, but the fact that each possesses a unique personality all on its own...a new found romance in capturing moments through the extension of a 35mm equivalent.

The Fujifilm X-series cameras have rekindled my passion in photography like no other cameras. Compact systems, portable, and just all around a joy to shoot with. And with the recent addition of the "S" to the X-100 brotherhood, Fuji introduced film-like digital images via the X-Trans sensor that adorned the "Big Brotha" X-Pro1. I can't really pin point what it is about the X-Trans sensor...but the "randomness" of the RGB pixels, which is unlike the conventional Bayer pattern found in most digital cameras today, does add to "film-like character" of the resulting images. If you have shot film before, you just have to try it to know what this really means, I suppose. So go to your local store and try it out, or borrow one from Borrowlenses.com once it becomes available.

Fuji.X. You will always have a special place in my heart. B-)
